At Consciously Exposed Consulting, our mission is to be a specialized consulting firm that empowers businesses and organizations to embrace cultural diversity, engage with the African and African diaspora communities, and understand the unique needs of their diverse stakeholders.

Bio

Leonard Tshitenge (he/him), an influential and dynamic leader hailing from the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa, is a certified poet recognized by the Boston Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture and an accomplished speaker. His expertise spans arts, psychology/mental health, and cultural approaches to business and community programming, making him a true force in the realms of Cultural Diversity, African, and African diaspora engagement. With a B.A. in human services, an M.S. in psychology/mental health, and an ongoing pursuit of a doctoral degree in leadership psychology, Leonard possesses an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience.

Recipient of multiple awards, including the prestigious Village Leader Award for exceptional leadership skills, creativity, and innovation in the Boston, Massachusetts area, Leonard exhibits an unparalleled understanding of cross-cultural matters alongside remarkable emotional and cultural intelligence. Leveraging an artistic, psychological, and cultural approach, he fearlessly champions social justice, human rights, and racial equity while nurturing community building and delving into the social determinants of mental health.

In 2013, Leonard fearlessly founded Consciously Exposed Consulting, propelled by an unwavering commitment to serving organizations and universities. His resolute focus on cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion drives him to elevate the rights of marginalized individuals and communities across the United States, Africa, and the African diaspora. Through his exceptional leadership and transformative endeavors, Leonard strives to forge a world where diversity is celebrated, and the voices of the marginalized are uplifted.
