Founded in 2018, Consciously Exposed Consulting (CEC) is led by Leonard Tshitenge, a visionary holistic business consultant with expertise in psychology and cultural diversity. Since 2015, Leonard has been at the forefront of DEI and market-entry consulting, blending mental health, the arts, and business development into an impactful, strategic approach.

It also enables Leonard to impart his knowledge of consulting models and holistic approaches while expanding the reach and impact of CEC's services.
