Our Story
Established in 2013, Consciously Exposed Consulting has been a pioneer in Holistic Business & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consulting since 2015. Led by Leonard Tshitenge, a Holistic Business Consultant specializing in Cultural Diversity and Psychology, our mission is clear: empower individuals and organizations to harness the power of cultural diversity in Business, Mental Health, and Arts and Culture.​
Through workshops, training, strategic planning, community engagement strategies, and coaching, we guide clients to strategically address diverse community needs, and serve holistically, fostering authentic service to communities and staff. The result is enhanced profitability, improved leadership, and greater social impact.

At Consciously Exposed Consulting (CEC), we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of diverse and inclusive business leaders.
Our internship program, the Consciously Exposed Internship Experience (CEIE), is designed to provide students and recent graduates with valuable hands-on experience and skill development opportunities in
various areas of consulting.

CEC offers a remote internship program in collaboration with prestigious universities in Boston, including Suffolk University, Hult International School of Business, and Babson College. This community partnership allows CEC to engage with talented students, provide hands-on learning experiences, and foster future leaders in consulting. It also enables Leonard to impart his knowledge of consulting models and holistic approaches while expanding the reach and impact of CEC's services.
