Founded in 2018, Consciously Exposed is led by Leonard Tshitenge, a Boston-based global strategist with expertise in psychology, cultural intelligence, and business development

Since 2015, Leonard has worked at the intersection of mental health, the arts, and entrepreneurship building a consulting approach that is both human-centered and results-driven.

CEC offers a remote internship program in collaboration with prestigious universities in Boston, including Suffolk University, Hult International School of Business, and Babson College. This community partnership allows CEC to engage with talented students, provide hands-on learning experiences, and foster future leaders in consulting. It also enables Leonard to impart his knowledge of consulting models and holistic approaches while expanding the reach and impact of CEC's services.
