Cancellation Policy
Pay-Per-Session Plan: $100 per Session – Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Booking Policy Sessions are $100 each and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Clients will receive a confirmation email once a booking is made. Sessions are 1 hour long. Additional time requires a separate booking. Cancellation Policy Cancel at least 24 hours before the session to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee ($50). No-shows are charged the full session fee of $100. Rescheduling is free if done 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% fee may apply. Waitlist Policy If no slots are available, join the waitlist. Clients will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis when a spot opens. Clients have 12 hours to confirm a waitlist slot; otherwise, it will be offered to the next person. Payment Terms Full payment of $100 is due at booking. Payments are non-refundable unless canceled 24 hours in advance. By following these policies, clients ensure a smooth booking experience, and CEC can effectively manage availability.
