Our Approach & Background
This program is grounded in both lived experience and professional expertise.
Our work is informed by a background in psychology and mental health (M.S.), with a specialization in trauma-informed leadership, cultural competency, and community engagement.
We have designed and delivered programming across:
-
Outpatient mental health clinics
-
Community-based organizations
-
Nonprofits and youth programs
-
Behavioral health and workforce systems
We have partnered with institutions such as the Suffolk County House of Correction and worked alongside leaders, clinicians, therapists, and community-based organizations.
We also collaborate with networks of clinicians and therapists to ensure our approach remains informed, responsible, and aligned with best practices in mental health and community care.
👉 This ensures our coaching is culturally grounded, ethically informed, and practically relevant
