Founded in 2018, Consciously Exposed Consulting (CEC) is led by Leonard Tshitenge, a visionary holistic business consultant with expertise in psychology and cultural diversity. Since 2015, Leonard has been at the forefront of DEI and market-entry consulting, blending mental health, the arts, and business development into an impactful, strategic approach.

How Leonard Works

Leonard Tshitenge — CEO & Founder of Consciously Exposed Consulting — works through a hybrid consulting model that blends strategic advising, cultural intelligence, and capacity-building support. He expands his impact by collaborating with emerging professionals and interns from Suffolk University, Hult International Business School, and VirtualInternships.com, creating paid and unpaid learning pathways that strengthen his delivery while developing the next generation of global consultants.

Leonard helps local founders, startups, and small businesses in Boston and also advises key institutions and leaders within the Boston ecosystem, ensuring that community trust, cultural context, and business strategy remain aligned.

His work is both local and global. Operating remotely or from Massachusetts, he travels and consults across borders as part of the Boston–Africa Global Market Project, building bridges that turn ideas into measurable impact.

Leonard also partners with international founders from Japan, Asia, and across Africa , entering the U.S. market through Boston’s innovation ecosystem, advancing a mission rooted in connection, trust, and global opportunity
